Women’s Nourishment Tea
Mix ½ ounce each of: red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, strawberry leaf, dandelion root, spearmint leaf, skullcap, and 1/8 ounce of ginger root.
Place ½ ounce of mixture into a jar.
Add 2 c. boiling water, and steep for 2 hours.
Strain and drink ¼- ½ cups 3-4 times a day.
Alternately, steep 1 Tbsp. in 1 c. boiling water for 15 minutes and drink.
The stronger infusion will be more effective and medicinal, but sometimes you just need to be practical.
